The studies appear to point out that at least 36% of all UK and US-based small and medium-sized businesses opt for hosted virtual PBX system in order to cut down costs on communication. Most of the companies comprising this percentage has at least a hundred employees. The studies conducted also disclosed that one in every four respondent-companies intend to use the increasingly becoming more popular business communication tool.
